Ah, yah! Some of the best tasting vitals out there. I like mine on the grill, with just salt and pepper with medium heat, and a brush of butter before turning. Bear needs to be well done, unlike venison, medium rare.
Fried onions and garlic toast, yum, yum Thanks a lot Jonathan, now I'm hungry

Ya gotta know how to fix it. I've had bear meat that would choke a starving coyote. But then I've had some mighty fine meat that was prepared properly. Back in the 60's a buddies grandmother used to treat us to a bear stew that she baked in a clay-pot that was to die for. Baked with veggies & a thick gravy, a family tradition lost with her passing. NIK,

We had the discussion before about the bear meat. Must be taken care of immediately upon harvest to get it cooled down. And during the butchering and before wrapping remove "ALL" of the fat. I had some of that meat fixed for me one time that would have knocked a buzzard off a poop truck nasty. Guy didn't care for it correctly when harvested, and he said "who would eat this crap". Wasn't the meat of a bear that was bad, it was the care of the meat that was bad.

Big bear, only problem is he only comes around at night.
Anyone know how to change the feeding habits of a bear from night to day time?

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
