Good rows or not doing things like plowing or working on your cubs with your dad or daughter is priceless. That's what this hobby is really about.

When I painted the hood a while back I removed the Cub Cadet plastic. I broke most of the retainers and never was able to find any at the local hardware stores. I ordered some off ebay and they arrived early this week. I had painted the beige when I did the hood but had to do the blue part. It didn't turn out perfect but at least their back on. Now I need to get started on those side panels.

Default 782 lumber hauler

Today I used the 782 to haul some lumber and tools to work on the hunting cabin. I had to go to my barn to get the lumber. I used my sawmill last year to saw up some pine logs I had brought home. I have used the pine as framing and siding on the cabin. The 782 done one heck of a job even having to go up a pretty good hill. No problem!!!!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
