The engine to driveshaft side? It’s shot the pin was worn a good 1/4 into it. I didn’t take a picture of that one. The shaft side of the hydro end is still good. I had to work it pretty hard to pull it off.

No the driveshaft to the coupler, there is a guide pin at the end of the shaft that that fits in the coupler, they get oblong from 40 years of use and abuse.

![]() Edit: I just looked the proper part up to see a picture, and mine doesn’t look anything like it. It looks just like an 82 series one.

This is what I have. I’m sure it’s not the right coupler for this tractor.

There should be a number cast in it.

I got it, 376222 R1, which looks like it's for a 123. I did a search and some guy called darkminion17 has one for sale on ebay, but it does not look like mine. Mine has the hole the same size all the way through, the whole shaft fits inside. There's no way wear from that little shaft locator wore that out. Maybe someone had it drilled for use on a different driveshaft, like a wideframe?

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
