Ill let you know tomorrow morning!
I picked that up a few months ago from a guy through a friend that was moving down south. He just wanted to get rid of it and I picked it up for $50! I saw that he replaced one of the sheer pins with a bolt and I was all ready to go out and get new ones when I found the original spares from the factory still zip tied underneath the controls! The guy babied this thing. So, I serviced it a few weeks ago and it runs like a top. Ill surely be using it to supplement the Cubs work tonight/tomorrow.

Sorry, maybe you meant that's what was "off". Ok, so ill give you that one. I was referring to the fact that the Cub is in the garage and the car is outside!

Got the 100 out to clear the driveway and made it about 15' and it died and won't start now. It has no spark at all. Yesterday, I started it and noticed it was charging at 19 volts. One of the contacts in the voltage reg had a piece or corrosion or something shorting it out. Cleaned the contact and it was charging at 13-14V. Must have fried the coil or condenser. I'll check the coil with a meter tomorrow.
Had to get the walk behind blower out to clear the drive.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
