Great for you Chad.
What's that saying? Give a Man a Fish, and You Feed Him for a Day. Teach a Man To Fish, and You Feed Him for a Lifetime.

You got that right. He's a good little fella. Follows me everywhere. He's always beside me in the garage when I'm working on my equipment. However, I'm going to have to get him some "real" tools of his own. All of my wrenches and sockets have surface rust from where he has drug them out in the yard. A month ago I got home from work and noticed my wife had been in the garage with him and he had played with his toys in the driveway. At some point he got into my socket set. I had to get a small fishing net and sift through his sand box to find them. I'm still missing my quarter drive 1/2", but the quarter drives are pretty pointless anyway. I've always kept my tools VERY clean. That little booger has taught me some patience, but I wouldn't trade our time together in the garage for anything in this world.

Go to Harbor Freight, and pick up a cheap tool box, and wrenches. I did that with one of the grandkids. Now he has his own tools.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
