Planted a little corn yesterday. Broke out the Farmall 100 to lay the rows out and planted 5 rows at about 120' each for starters, that's about half of my corn patch. I plant a corn called "Bodacious". It tastes great and freezes well too. The ground is very dry for this time of year. I hope we don't have another drought this year.

my onions are on the rise. no sign of any corn yet. im going to the co-op to get some saltpeter this weekend. that'll make the corn pop

Added some mulch to the garden Saturday



The 1872 got to stretch her legs!!



That is about 1000 pounds per load, 20 loads so far, more to go!!

Romaine, broccoli, and onions so far.



If the 1872 gets tired, I might have to borrow one of SAM MAC's Supers!!
