I have not had time to work on the diesel in awile. I did get the radiator but i don't like how I have it mounted so I am going to try again. I also dont like the engine mounts. I am thinking of moving the engine back to give me more room for the PTO.

Now as for new business i would like a few pics of a diesel fuel tank in a factory cub. I would like to know how it is mounted and just what it looks like in there. Are the fenders different? Is there a special bracket?

Mrgoffena how much did you cut off the 782 frame and how long was the new peice you welded in I want to do this also

This is a hard thing to answer as it depends on what tractor you have and what one will be the donor. I cut off 15 inches from the old frame and added 21 inches from a 1250. The frame lengths are a little different. By that I mean the distance from the rear transmission bolt to the end of the frame rail. If you look at the frame on your 782 you will notice another hole at the bottom rear that is not used this hole is the front mounting hole for a transmission on a super. The distance between this hole and the current front transmission hole it 5.75 inches. In short you need to add 5.75 inches to the center of the tractor. I chose to add extra frame so I would only have to make one weld.

Well i removed the the engine and started on the new motor mounts. I got the rails installed. I ordered some mounts from ebay. http://www.ebay.com/itm/181348559146...84.m1423.l2649 I found the specs for the mounts on their web site. They are speced to hold 70lbs each.
