I'm going to get in touch with Mike Lamar and see if he wants to make a few sets.

Just got off the phone, he thinks about $50 a set. I'm going to pull a set off the 2182 I'm working on and send them to him to copy.

I have 2 of these and both need wires so I'm going with Mike Lamar. I'll be sending him a set to copy Friday. I figure I can wait a week or 2, but that is a good price with the cap and rotor.

That didn't last long. That seller has those listed every so often. They also have a water pump listed or is it gone too?

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
