You can tell I took the plow off the 1211 last night because they are now calling for snow tomorrow, only an inch but it just seems like spring will never get here.

So is the springtime weather all over the place at your house? It was gorgeous around Easter, got corn planted. Then it decided to rain--over 5" in one storm then about 1.5" a couple days later. We've already hit 90, now its down to the low 40's tonight. Gonna be cloudy and rainy all week. Really need to start cutting hay, but too cold and wet. FWIW the grass in the yards is growing fast and the Cadets are running great.

Same here! Looks like rain all week and the grass needs mowed and garden needs planted. The 1882 winter project a running the crucible right out of the gate.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
