Thanks Bill. Jenn and I make sure things are safe. We don't go on the road, when there's traffic.

The big green money pit quit again so I pulled out the 1862 to do the job on the yard. Boy that Cub sure does a nice job on the yard and I love the power steering! This winter after the grass dies the first thing I'm doing is a few repairs and next year the 1862 moves up to primary mower. If I get my son's 1811 going I might sell the green thing but my wife likes the pedal controls so it might get parked in the corner, lol.

It sounds like a race. Let us know when and where so we can come and see this.

Got a small job from the landlord, she bought a new property down the road from where I live and asked if I'd mow it for her. Well needless to say, I jumped right on the opportunity Unfortunately half way through, the tie rod on my 682 broke, doh! so I got her home and got the trusty ol 129 out to finish the job

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
