Man, is it cold out! Only 20 today, the low this morning was 9! In anticipation for the cold weather, I took the 782 for a cold ride yesterday evening. Also started Dually, and let him run for a few minutes.

Figured we would see you in the pic wearing shorts and a tee shirt since it was that warm. Made it all the way up to 15 up here. Time to open the pool.

Very nice pic of the 782 Allen, yeah our low was -8 this morning and only got to +5 here today but with the wind chill factor they said we were close to 42 below, I still can't get warm today, lol.

Got the family out for a group photo or two. The puller and the other "O" are now loaded up in the trailer, waiting for the show next week in Fort Meade, FL.

Good thing I spent a little time driving them around. The puller's spark plug was going south. When I held the wire close and let it spark, it would run. As soon as I'd touch the top of the plug with the wire, it would die. When I sparked over to the top of the plug, the spark was light and weak, when I shorted it over to a stud on the engine, a nice, blue spark appeared. That told me that it had a good spark, just didn't make it's way through the plug. When I pulled it out, there was carbon on it. I just replaced it and it runs fine!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
