It is back together for the most part. We are running cheap tranny fluid in it just to clean it up a bit and then another drain and filter change and Hytran goes back in. We did a repair of the seals in the steering but now although it is working it is pretty stiff to turn. I was wondering if we have air trapped in the cylinder.

Coud very well be Paul, Sometimes it can take quite awhile to get it out. Are you experencing any whineing noises in the steering when you turn? I put that loader on the 2284 and the bucket valve talked to me for quite awhile till the air got worked out of it. You need seat time anyways, don't you? Ride On Brother!

You can crack the hose connections on the steering ram to bleed the air but it should clear on it's own.
