Actually Sam, my wife and I looked at land in Elk Creek a few years ago. The timing just was not right yet.

Elk Creek is only a couple miles from me. I'm 3-1/2 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway. 78 here today.

KEEP 'EM !! They shi↑ all over everything here! We spend alot of time at Dorchester park but in spring you cant get anywhere near the lake without walkin through their crap. And the dogs LOVE to roll around in it!!
