Oh wait. It will get hot, right?
I hope it gets hot! I probably won't have time to sit and watch it grow...... hoping to have enough time just to manage it!

NIK,
Thanks Nik,
Not sure what all yet. For sure, LOTS of corn and green beans, and tomatoes. Then thinking lettuce, potatoes, maybe some radishes, carrots.... depends on how late it gets before I can plant. Been wet here.

All the rest of you guys, the cubs, and the jobs are lookin good!

Mike, you have as many in that garage as I own!!

Todd, Neat pics. The cubs did an awesome job! That is a small pebble in the pic. Wouldn't wanna run any cubs into that thing!

Allen,
The cart with new tires looks like its earning its keep. Are you guys building a new patio with the bricks?

Thanks Josh! We put them with the cinder blocks, in case a future project comes up.

Default More seat time

With a productive weekend of killing the grass, spreading 80lbs., of 13/13/13 boost to my yard I got ambitious & got rid of two ole apple trees that were NOT doing good. She's been after me for 3/4 years now & my cub came in handy. After trimming the tree's & loading the cart my # 127 became a PULLER.

Gonna be in the high 70's this weekend & finally i'll get the maters planted.

Nik,

Hey Todd, how in the world did you wind up with that lawn ornament, I've seen decoration stones in yards before but geeeesh-that thing is HUMONGUS!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
