I had to clean out the basement for a Halloween party tonight so I lined up all the cubs that I have together. in the pic are my 482, 582, 682, and my 982. My 782 is still in pieces on two skids. I had it powdercoated and I haven't started putting it back together.

rescued '70'
Bought it from Indiana man who was moving,he delivered to Xenia,oh. I went up and picked up there. It was covered in oil/dirt, had a nasty big car seat,weathered 6/12's.took to the car wash,fixed oil leak from breather. rattled a little here and there. added spirit of '76' fenders/new seat!

Hello esarvey,
The BIG rear tires, square fenders, and newer seat really change the look of the little 70. Nice job on the cleanup! How does she run???

Yea, left that part out,adjusted carb alittle, ground wire on regulator was arching,fixed that, starts super good runs out the same clutch is great. Oil smelt like fuel a little, changed that, added MMO, alittle puff of blue on start up only. ran it up and down the road in high, then around neighbors feild steering good also. I took it off but came with a 3 point. as this will be my brother-inlaws mower.
