I did more long over due maintenance on my 882 Diesel this weekend. Today I turned my exhaust up like a stack to see if I would like it. I took a test drive to try it out to find out if it would be too loud or too stinky for my taste. It would definatly look better if it had a nice big chrome stack on it.

So far my Cub is just a Snow plow machine. I still start it every 2 weeks. 3rd time in a row now that I fire it up and watch the Mouse Nesting particles flow from the muffler and between the fins and the tin. I never had Mouse issues this bad on anything I have here. After the first time ( 6 weeks ago) I put a chunk of Mouse killer by the Front Clutch. That was eaten but they still persist.
I wonder if my Little Tractor Cover is making it more inviting than if I left the cover off.

Gave the 60" Haban a fresh coat of paint. After finding the correct paint code and paint at $45@ qrt I went to lowes and found the Rust-oleum Almond was darn near a perfect match. A good $5.50 investment. It's kind of between the 901&902 code

I like it. Looks good. Now you need one of those little flappers for the top from TSC.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
