NW PA Cubs
Folks some quick shots today of the Cubs in various states of resting.
127 ( Both sides) , 102, and 73. All these have mower decks. The 127 was brought back to a good looking working tractor last year by son Eric. Also have a stealthy black model 86 its picture is in "What did you do with your Cub today" thread. Also 14 hp Bolens (sorry) ready to plow "Lake Effect" snow in the "Snow belt" with chains, wheel weights, and another 150 LB of pulling weights hung just in front of the rear wheels. The Hydro pushes snow real well. Doesn"t turn easy though Also a couple of Wheel Horse tractors A100 and A90 for parts. Yes I have a problem too Regards, Chris

I think that's Bob Stegal's (if not Bob's it's Jackie his son) I've got a couple of pics of it but they are inside shots was raining that day and didn't ask to roll them outside for some better pics. I took these with my cell phone so sorry for the quality of them. Personally I love the grill that Jackie made of it. The Stengal's have some nice cubs! I've got some more pics and I just need to upload them so everyone can see the quality work these 3 do (Bob, Jackie and Robert).

Thanks Allen! My droid pictures do not do it justice it's much better in person but you can see the level of detail the Stengal's put in to their restores. I'm going to post my other pics here so you can see the rest of their fleet.

Mizar, The Stegal's are for hire and they can hook you up if you want. PM me or Iluvtruks0 (David is friends with them where I've meet them several times) if you want them to do some work for you. They are really great people and they put alot of detail into their work.

Here's some more pics of the Stengal's tractor collection. The little green tractor is Bantom. It's green but that little thing is sexy as all get out! Hand painted pin stripes. The 582 special puts out 87 hp! All work was preformed by the Stengal's (Bob, Jackie and Robert not sure who did the paint work) I took these pics after the NC Plow Day Sept. 11 2010.
Let the pics begin! |

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
