My kids helped today clean up some stuff around the yard. We'd load stuff onto the 16' trailer and move it to where it had to go. Also got my cultivator, plow, blade, and yard cart into the garage finally. I think they like helping because I let them do all the driving.
My twins are 7 and my little guy (pictured in the middle) is 5. They love it outside and want to be out there on the hottest day of summer or the coldest day of winter, it does't bother them. I'm so glad they'd rather be outside with me than inside playing games.

Thanks, and yeah they like to be outside no matter what they are doing. They aren't afraid of work either, last week they raked and loaded several carts of cut grass just to go dump them.

Nice pics Allen. Are you keeping the Super now or still have it for sale?
I got the 129 out today to instill some fear into the green ones. No, not the Deeres, the grass. It's only the second time I've mowed with the 129 but I'm really enjoying mowing with the hydro. My yard has a lot of forward to reverse and involves lots of shifting with the 100. The 48" deck does cut down on the seat time a little.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
