Split the 129 to replace a bad cork gasket and replaced the trunnion springs and pins. I pulled the top cover plate off and replaced the gasket since it was seeping around one corner. Refilling the rearend is much quicker with the top cover off. Got the rearend back in. I'll get the fenders and seat back on tomorrow.

Cool I hate potholes!!

The 129 looks great, Adam!!!

I got the 782 out to fill a few holes in the driveway and cover some muddy spots. I also wanted to see how the ags did on the front. I really like them!! Thanks sawdustdad for your opinion!

Thanks guys!
I got the 129 back together and fingers crossed, no more leaks.

Now, I need to figure out why it doesn't seem to be charging. I recently rebuilt the S/G so I'll test it first and if it checks out I'll replace the voltage regulator. All of the wiring is new and grounds checked good. The ammeter needle bounces around like crazy so I wired around the gauge to eliminate it as the culprit. I pulled the cover off the V/R and the contacts don't move while it's running. Not sure if that's because the regulator is bad or the S/G is not working.

Travis, the 782 looks good with the blade and box scraper on. Do they both raise and lower together or is the rear lift somehow independent?

Thanks Adam, they both work together for now. Today I had the front blade locked up with the cam on the right side. Maybe one day I will separate them. I will try to

remember to get some pics tomorrow when I try out the 54" Xtreme blade on the back, because we all know

I just tried out the Xtreme 54" sleeve hitch blade. It did a good job leveling out the wider holes on the driveway. It would have done better if the ground was drier, but I don't think that will happen until next summer the way things are looking.

I got the drawbar weight box free with the 122 I bought. He also gave me a homemade lead weight that fits inside. I just took the bathroom scale out and it weighs in at 104 lbs. I think that would be a bit much for the blade, hence the old bar weights I have in it. If there was more gravel on the driveway, I don't think any extra weight would be necessary.

Pushing a bit of snow for the first time this year. Its quite obvious I need to get some more weight on the back of this rig...good thing the snow was really light and powdery.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
