Default Digging, (plowing up) Patatoes

Putting the new hitch and plow to work. (hitch, Customized Cubs). Plow, rake out, pick up, wash, spread out on the grass, to dry. Much easier than last year, with a shovel. One row done. Two more to go.

While replacing a leaking head gasket on my 129, I managed to drop a nut into the flywheel shroud. Of course the only way to get it out is to pull the engine. While the engine is out, I decided to replace the leaking front crank seal.

Made some end plates for the snow plow. they slide on and off easily with the removal of some "R" clips. There are times I wanted the plow to act like a 'Pusher'. Not painted yet so it looks very bad. After a trial run this winter I will make whatever Mods I find it needs, then make it pretty.

Default Haven't posted here in a while...

Yesterday I got all the runners out for some fun. Mowed some grass with the 1864, graded the driveway with the 782, and hauled some stuff with the 2372 and 102.

I also chased the dog on the atv and bush hawged with the deere.

The 102 has a K301 in it and is going to get a better one with a new clutch and 122 hood and grill. Hydro lift will go on then too. I had the grill out for pto repair and just didn't want to waste the time putting it back in to come right back out. I am going to put all the best NF parts I have in this one. So in the end I will have a 122 with a 102 seat.

Got a few other projects going on too! I will get to it, I promise!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
