Very busy with the Holidays. Grandchildren "need it", all the stuff.

Did order a very nice seat cover for the poor working Cub's Christmas!

Happy Holidays to all at Only Cub Cadets!

I venture to say Allen had his AC on yesterday. I know I finally cut mine back on and I'm a couple hrs northwest of him.

Todd, it was 80 degrees on Christmas. The warmest Christmas, we've ever had! Broke an old record. Like John, we've had the AC on.

Default Blew a little snow with the 1811.

Needless to say I didn't have shorts on like ACecil! Nice show piece you have there by the way.

High temp 5 deg F today. The old 1811 worked great. Only about 3-4 inches of fluff. Sorry I didn't get any pics. We put two sets of wheel weights on and that thing will go anywhere I want it to go.

No pics but me and my son took the Supers out and mowed grass today. It s been so wet and warm the grass is really greening up. Dad had a couple places he had re-seeded that really needed cutting. I let the boy run the 2072 (he likes the power steering on that one). I had areas I wanted to mow that are a little challenging so I took the 982, partly because it doesn't have front gauge wheels and also the cast rear gives more traction--we had 6-8" of rain in the past few days. More rain called for every day this week!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
