Thanks Todd! I should have got the Super out and had seat time on 3!

Good question John, I'm curious too.

Pulled the deck off the 1641 and removed about 3 snow shovels worth of wet grass from it. We have been getting rain every day for the last week or so and I finally gave up and mowed the lawn. Big mistake.

Pulled the deck off the JD330 and set it up to tow the Bush Hog flail mower. At least wet grass is not a problem for it. Oh yeah it's raining now and we are supposed to get rain for the rest of the week. Gotta get a boat.

Pulled the Haban 325 deck off my 2284 which is not running right. Put it on the 2182 I had been rehabbing. Mowed a few rounds with it. Ran well even without the seat. But there is a dang safety switch issue. Had to hold the PTO button on to keep it going.

Changed the mule drive belt today and fixed a broken seat spring on the 1864 with an old valve spring that was laying around.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
