Split the 100 today to replace a seal. Now I need to take the creeper off, and get it fixed.

Won't be close cosmetically Allen, all scratched to chit now. But it "shouldn't" be leaking any longer.

Yeah, it was the first cub I ever had as my own. Did a "face lift on it back some years ago... Learned from my mistakes. But at least I learned.

Hey guys,....!
Hello guys! Well, I just wanted to update what I have been up to in my IH Cub Cadet addictions!
Last week at work I got my hand and arm caught in a puller used in an extrusion line. I was hurt quite badly, but nothing broke and no stitches required. More so was nightmares about the accident, if you can imagine being pulled into a huge chipper shredder. This puller was huge. Thank God for all safety stop switches! Anyhow, this limited my progress on my IHCC projects, as of today, my arm stopped feeling numb. 125: I got a carb. kit for the carb. I need to clean and install it to the 125. Also got Kohler engine oil and two gallons of Hy-Tran from my local dealer. Still much cleaning and assembling to go before it's ready to start! 1450: It's in good running order. Just sitting pretty in the garage under a cover. Has been a nice mower this season with the IH 38" deck I put on it! Snowplow project: I have been in the process of adding 7" to each side of my good condition IH 42" push blade for an over-all width of 56" ! I used 14" from an old IH 42" push blade that seen better days. The project is coming along great! It's going to be a stout blade for sure. Not going to use it for dirt/gravel duty. It's been my experience that these awesome IHCC garden tractors when properly equipped, are more tractor that these blade units can handle when using for dirt and gravel stuff! This IH 56" blade will be painted and ready for mount on my all-gear drive IHCC model 72. Thanks! That's all for now!

Took 121 for a nice evening ride. Nice to ride and get your mind of off things for a while! I'm thinking I'd like to find a 129 with hydraulic lift or a 149 someday to go with 121. Would love to have another hydro for certain jobs.

Here's some pics I took of the 1864 after a few hours of grass-killing yesterday before I put it back in the shed.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
