But I dont know what decks from other models fits an 1810 for example.
I can find the decks that originally fit this model but how would I find every other tractor that has a deck that would fit an 1810? (again I'm just using the 1810 as an example becuase I know a number of other decks will fit)

The parts lookup is not showing me much. Or I'm not using it correctly.

Look for decks from the same series tractors is what I do when I try to find what fits what.
.
For individual parts the site will tell you "where it's used" and list the machines.

That is where a parts manual comes in handy, shows what decks fit on what series.

Maybe I'm not looking at the right "site". I'm using the Cub Cadet Parts and Service Lookup linked above (Sponsors).

However as a test I just searched for
> GT2100 Tractor (2011) 14W-3AE-010 (2011)Attachment19A40013 50-Inch Deck Stamped (2011) 19A40013100 (2011)

and on the resulting pages I do not see any reference to what GTs this deck fits.

So I looked up your tractor, came up with these that fit it. There is no other mower deck reference chart that gives you that info you are looking for.

That's not my tractor, but was an example. What I'm looking for is the ability to cross reference all tractors and decks. I am in the market for another cub and I want to be able to list all decks that will fit various tractors I may be looking at.

>> There is no mower deck reference that gives you that info.

OK thank you. I'll have to dig per model. Maybe if I get anywhere I can create such a cross reference.
I still don't really understand how you go to that info. When I entered the GT2100 and then selected "Assemblies" I only see "deck lift" and nothing about the deck itself.

Since we're on the subject, I'll throw our a question....
If you click this link....
https://www.ccpartsnmore.com/cub-cadet-spec-sheets
where you can look at Cub tractor specs,
let say you pick one such as
"Cub Cadet 2000 Series Spec Sheets (1994-2003)".
Then you scroll down to any tractor model and one of the sheets for every model is "Attachment/Accessories".
Looking at that sheet you see "Mid Mower Attachments" and there is a column labeled "Deck ID".
In that column there is an alpha character.
The alpha character varies from model to model, and sometimes being the same alpha character for different models.
There is no explanation for the alpha character in the sheets.
So, question is.....
can anyone explain what the alpha character means.
Thanks in advance.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
