124 spreading more dirt
20170722_201417.jpg
20170722_201349.jpg Finaly got the town to bring me another load of dirt and this one was pretty nice! Just wish I coulda got it spread before it turned into a big ball of sod! We worked a little harder but got the worst of it done. We are buying a new modular home and will have all kinds of dirt and gravel brought in but gonna be hiring all that out since I am working on other peoples houses and dont have much time for my own projects!

Lots of work there John, looks good and what better way to spread it.
What kind of modular are you buying? My family has a modular/mobile home biz about 2.5 hours east of you it we never went out that far I don't think.

Thanks Alvy. We are buying a new 28x80 5bedroom, 2 bath on foundation. So I probably didn't need to plat in dirt but playing with my old cub is about my only quiet time. (Even with the worn out muffler!) Just waiting on the appraisal to be fixed. Would have had the place torn up by now but someone messed up! The guys we are going through are "Interstate Homes" out of harpursville. They are gonna come in and re-grade the 1.75 acres and put drainage in so no more spring time ponds in the yard! Was jokin with wife about trading in both my sleds for jetski,

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
