Very good idea... Don't think you would want to mount much on there, unless you have a good system to lower it back down once a few parts are mounted.

i did mine on a engine stand with the rear attached. and let me tell you just the frame, rear wheels dash and clutch was enough that it took three of us to slowly lower it down...and it was a pain but looks good!
