Default Bought 2000 series... where are all the decks?

Recently bought a GT2000. It has a beat up 42" deck that is ready to be replaced. Given that the decks are the same as those found on a 2022 XT3 Enduro series I am surprised to find that nobody seems to have any decks.

Almost everything on the CC site is out of stock and I'm not finding any dealers with any stock. Is this a supply chain issue or are these decks going to be NLA going forward?

You can go to your local dealer and see what they have. Not sure about the fitment between the two model tractors, where did you get that info?

I got that info by cross referencing decks and models on the Cub site and some of the sites advertising here.

https://www.cubcadet.com/en_US/ridin...A40013100.html

eg;

CUB CADET XT3-GS, XT3-GE, XT3-GSE, GTX2100, GT2100, GT2000

Maybe you can find a used one if you can't find a new one. What did you pay for the GT 2000?

Paid $775

Needs tires soon and the 42" deck is rough. Otherwise the tractor is in good shape. I'm thinking the engine (CH640) may have been replaced due to how clean it appears. I'll find out when I pull the covers and shrouds off to inspect further. Now if I could just find a 48" or 50" deck I'll be all set and can get rid of the LTX 1045 with the ticking time bomb (SV600) in it.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
