Ugg safety switch I think-LT1045
What I know, I ended up changing the PTO, after changing the ignition switch. Put the belt back on, started it up, engaged the new to blades came on normally, burnished the new clutch per manufacturer and shut the mower off. came back out later turned the key and NOTHING no turn no click. Checked the battery 12.6v, depressed the parking brake a few times, cycled the PTO switch I mean everything I could think of that might prevent it from turning over yes the fuse to. I also looked for power at the terminal on the starter and got 0 volts. So I am assuming there is a safety switch that is preventing it from starting somewhere any ideas on how to figure it out?

I don't have any experience with the LT1045 but normally you have a seat switch, brake switch, PTO switch and transmission switch. All must be satisfied in order to start.
