Stacks
Ok,let me start by saying Im not a puller but I need some advice on chrome stacks for my 2072 and was thinking someone from the pulling section may be able to help me.I don't want to run stacks out the side or hood of my 2072 ,I want to run them under it and out by the rear axle. Also I don't want real loud exhaust,as I will be using it around the house and want to maintain relations with my neighbors.I have been looking for some type of motorcycle header with baffles, but by the time I find two of them (duals and chrome of coarse)I would have alot of money into them.Does someone know of a better route for me to go with?Keep in mind its just a toy for me but I just think it would be so cool to have a little bit of rumble and chrome duals sticking out the back. Thanks for any suggestions.

Gonna wear ear plugs? I can see this being like a stack on a reg cab. Loud and annoying right behind your head. (Well to some) I love the sound

by the time you run them to the rear you probably will sacrifice a couple hp. then the deck and hanger will kind of get in the way to.

It's a tractor, not a truck. Stick 'em up in the air, or not at all.

I finally got home yesterday and was able to take a look at the 2072 and it just doesn't seem like there's any practical way to run the exhaust like I was thinking.I guess it would be smart of me not to come up with these ideas and thoughts while Im out on the road. But it is one of those things that stays in your mind.Im gonna tear it back down for repairs and upgrades this winter so who knows something still might happen as far as a custom exhaust goes!!!!!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
