1989 2072 with 442 tiller
I'm thinking of selling this one but thought I would ask here what it's worth as a package deal. I know it's worth more with all the goodies pulled from it but I would rather sell as a unit. The hour meter is broken but it has a 1996 Kohler Mag 20 in it.

Todd this one is on Face Book, guy is asking $2500.00
Cub Cadet-Buy, Sale, Trade Scott Lufkin · · 1872 Super Cub. 18hp Magnum. Runs great, no mechanical issues at all, ready to plow snow. No oil leaks anywhere and no smoke. Couple small dents and sticker damage, but not rusty or smashed at all. Tires are good. 26” rears are loaded. One rim is a bit rusty but holds air fine. Tractor has been well maintained. All new steering tie rods, interstate battery and mower belt last year. LED light upgrade. Added an older style cub sleeve hitch to the rear for those implements. Custom cup holder and full tank of gas/K100 even goes with it. Power steering, hydraulic lift for deck. 54” full hydraulic snow plow (lift and angle). 60” deck is mechanically perfect, but is a little rusty. It has been patched up so that it works perfect, but there is some rust underneath. This is a great tractor with tons of life left in it. I planned to run this tractor forever but got a great deal on a 4wd diesel I couldn’t pass up.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
