thanks. I read all of it and it seemed that it just kinda got dropped because not that many people voted on the poll. If there is still any interest on it I can give the info on my other forums that I am a part of that use tapatalk.
It would just be a ton faster to use tapatalk instead of safari on my iphone at work. I can honestly say that I would rather use my phone with tapatalk to check in all the other forums than my computer at home even when I'm home. |

If this would make it easier to access the forum on a mobile device (I-Pod, tablet, etc.)..I would be interested in it, also!

Reading through the post last time tap crap subject came up there was more cost to the site plus another chance for hackers to get into someones computer or site. Not worth the extra headaches in my book.

Just my 2 cents... But as far a the security... There would be no more chance of people hacking your computer with taptalk installed as there is now without it. It's not a security risk, it overlays with the vBullitens and allows us members in the 20th century to interface with it more smoothly from mobile phones. It doesn't interact with our forum at all. Personally I do not care, I can wait the 3 hours and respond from my PC. As for the cost, I personally don't see it as beneficial for the cost.
- Cory Not looking for an argument, just putting in my 2 cents. I do have website experience.

Merk the real reality is if a hacker wants something of yours bad enough they can and will access your computer. If they can hack into Military computers and Government computers what you have sure as heck isn't going to stop them. Don't get me wrong, I am not promoting tap talk just saying.

Most hacker(s) pick their victims after they get in a site. You can help prevent it by not allowing stuff like tap crap.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
