Default Halloween Hauler

Well after discussions over what I would do for Halloween this year I came up with an idea. I am the guy that always has the coolest Halloween display in the area, but this year the girls are all old enough to really enjoy the evening. So I am thinking about the 1200 I just bought. I want to build a trailer that I can haul the girls around on and also have it set up with some of my usual haunt stuff. Running into a problem though as I need some additional parts to make it happen. Looking to see if anyone has any 1200 side body panels laying around as I want to add laser cut graphics that are color plex lighted to the tractor for Halloween, but do not want to cut my originals. Possibly a hood also. I have to have the tractor be creepy too. I can paint it to look how I want for the evening as I plan a full rebuild and paint this winter. So I can really do as I please as it will get stripped later, just don't want to destroy my original panels as they are in really good shape. So if anyone has a set for a 1200 laying around, I'd be glad to take them.

Check with our sponsors at the top of each page, or place a wanted ad. Someone will have the side panels.

The side panels will fit your 1200, along with all the other Quietline tractors.

You are giving me ideas now that I have a snow thrower and we like to make dummies to put in the "cemetary".

A lot of this idea has come from weather not agreeing with my yard set up. I invested a lot of time and effort into a really cool fogging set up that the wind would just destroy. 1 year out of 5 did we not have the wind do destroy the effect. With a trailer I think I can use the effects by sheltering it from most of the wind. Also having a fog tube running into the tractor with some ground effect leds to light it would pretty cool. What I have pictured in my mind is a smaller version of a hay wagon, built up to look like an old hearse wagon, fog and lighting effects, of course a crank ghost, and all of us dressed the parts. I can be Egor on the tractor...lol

Ok spent the afternoon getting rid of the big nasty rust spots.... This tractor has been painted before. Did some nice grinding on the really bad spots on the fenders and uncovered more yellow under the primer coat. So now I know the issue with the rust the way it is. Really nast bubling under paint, so didn't know till i grinded... Once i redo it all this winter it will be totally stripped, but for the time being am just hitting the spots that are really bad to stop the problem.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
