New member from SW Iowa
Good evening,
New member here. I am a mechanical engineer by trade and live in a small town in SW Iowa. I mostly tinker with worn out pickups and larger tractors so this is my first "small" tractor that I will be working on. So what we have is a 1966(?) 122 Cub Cadet. I don't know much about these little tractors but this one has an old Kohler engine with the standard transmission and hi-lo "creeper". It seems to be very complete and straight. Also came with a 1967(?) 123 parts tractor with the hydrostatic trans (and a stuck Kohler). I found the serial number on the 1967 but I think the serial number on the 1966 is behind the belt drive unit. The unit also came with a bunch of attachments as well: blade, snowblower, mower deck, tiller, wheel weights, and strangest of all a sickle bar mower. All the implements look to be IH branded. I have a bunch of pics to post but won't fill this post up. Not sure what the plans for this will be yet. The tractor starts right up and runs well. Erik

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
