104 with hydraulic lift
FINALLY added this 104 to my collection today. I've been after the previous owner to sell it to me for about 4 years now, and after he replaced it with a john deere he was ready to part with it. Never had a cub with a hydraulic lift like this before and I'm really excited about it! It has a 48" deck and lights. Original engine took a crap in the 90's and it was replaced with a new k241 at that time. Had the lighter too, but it went missing at some point in time. I have a snow blade here that will fit it, but I'm not sure what I'll need to hook it up to the hydraulic lift.

Great things ARE worth waiting for! Glad you got your hydraulic lift. The 104 is a real fun tractor to operate. The blade for the front only requires you to obtain the blade (QA), a lift paddle (usually $10-$20), and a 1/2" lift rod. Then you are all set!! Have lots of fun on your 104!!

This is what you need.
That and a lift rod, blade and a subframe for a narrow frame. The part is a reworked version, per instructions in the hydraulic lift owners manual, of what would have been required if your Cub had a manual lift. Post some closer pic's of your lift setup. I have some of those parts made up, I have to bend the "U" yet on the bottom. If you cannot find one drop me a PM. Pic's are of my 126 restoration from a couple years ago Good luck!

Nice 104, I have a 125 with one of those hydro lifts, any leaks?
Here are your choices for lift arm brackets, either one will work.

Forgot to add that this thing needs a little clutch work. Teaser spring is broken and I'm pretty sure it is because the drive shaft is so badly worn and it looks like the throw out bearing is junk too. I've seen some good youtube video's on how to take them apart so we will see how that goes.
