Narrow Frame Diesel
I have recently came across a Kubota D905 20 hp engine and was thinking of installing it into my 124. Has anyone attempted to modify a narrow frame in this way. If so what are some hurdles to overcome. Any input on this new undertaking would be appreciated.

That engine is likely to be physically far too large to fit in a narrowframe. There needs to be room for a radiator and stuff, too. The diesels used in Cub Cadets were the D600 and D640. I would suggest either using a wideframe tractor or finding a smaller engine.
