Finally, a haul worth posting
I found this today while I was working. ask the ol'guy if he was interested in selling it. he said he was but did I want to see the rest of it? well ya!! long story short, and there was several stories told while I was there. I got the 1650 with all the sheet metal, a 50" deck, a blower, a #1 tiller, a hard cab with lights and windshield wiper, a few extra shafts that look like they fit the blower, and two extra tiller gear boxes, all for a very lew price. i'll keep the tractor and probably sell the rest, and of course here is a pic!

Good find!
Like Lew just said that cab can be very handy for you in NY state, few parts are missing but you have a good backbone to work with, if you decide to sell the cab I take it from you anytime. Those wheel weight seem pretty heavy!

You really landed a lucky find. It has a cub in great shape and attachments for all year round!!! I am partial to the flashing yeller light on top of the cab. That will really bring the neighbors out of their seats wondering what the heck is going on in front of their house in a snowstorm. Who knows, maybe you will get lucky enough to be paid in warm, soft cookies when you clear your neighbors driveway in the winter!!!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
