Default Cone spacer removal
I have an old 44" deck with cast iron spindles. One of my bearings has went out. I've gotten the top bearing and race out with out an issue. I'm having some trouble getting the spacer out from between the two bearings.
Any tips or tricks? 2 of the 3 spin freely in the spindle but I don't want to break anything and cause myself more problems.
Also is there a modern replacement or upgrade to these?

First, welcome to OCC.........

I "assume" you have a model 44 Mower Deck. With that in mind, this is the Spindle Assembly replacement.
