Would anyone know the part number of this shoulder bolt? (Image stolen from YouTube)

You can find that in the parts lookup in the yellow box above. Here is a screen shot of that page. Part #738-3004 I think is what you have circled.

It takes a far bit a time to figure out part numbers and all this.
Been at it for a long time and I would be lost without these guys that
actually fully grasp it.
If you get to know the parts diagrams for your machine. Cub Cadet
Parts lookup that Oak mentioned. And then start looking for parts
on the other banners above you will learn a load in short order.
I am just amazed there was a 782 within 1000 miles of me and
I missed it. Have fun with the tractor.

And they are only $35.29 a pair w/shipping + tax!!!
And if/when you get them you will find the holes where the shoulder rides to probably be way oversize and/or egg shaped.

Best to weld up the holes and re-drill to the proper size before installing the new bolts.

Someone w/a lathe could make them in a pinch.
Have fun and good luck!!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
