Default New to me Cub Cadet 3208
Well, I bought a Cub Cadet 3208 from RF Houtz which is known as Cub Cadet used parts. I'll have it in 4 or 5 weeks


It has an aluminum transmission case. It has the following 1 set of hydraulic outlets: and it will have the 190-207-100 3-point installed (the 207 3-point has taken me over 2 years to collect the parts for). The tractor has a 20 HP liquid-cooled Kawasaki engine, Hydraulic power steering and Diff/lock


Also included in the sale is a 54-inch front blade with a hydraulic lift hitch. But with a manual angle, Kit. Also included is a 60-inch shaft-driven deck. And an original tractor cab that has seen better days. I originally thought before I saw it from Rob's description that it was a standard Sims cab.


He needs to have the Bearing block assembly seals replaced, which are included in the sale.


So technically it will be an H3 when it gets delivered But I am going to add a Summit Hydraulic Multiplier Valve, SCV https://summit-hydraulics.com/produc...button-switch/

The only picture I have of it is from the Cub Cadet used parts website which shows a 45 Blower On it which is not included in the sale. I didn't want the blower anyway.

Nice tractor. I would like to have a 60” for my 3235.

I think he has a few 60's In stock. Rob Houtz will be going to the Next red power round up I now he takes a trailer full of stuff to that Bet he could deliver it there or He would ship it via a freight company

Thanks for the dates I forgot them

I wish I had gone in 2000 But I was still on Active Duty In the Army But 435 miles one way won't be so bad

Sergeant, I just looked on the parts look-up and see that the bearing blocks for your axle leak are NLA from Cub. Are they just changing the seals (what I do) or did they have a new set in stock?

Rob sourced them from another source, Brand New. I believe He got them From Cub Cadet Specialties. Rob could probably could find them from the parts' manufacturer (who made them for MTD) if need be. Rob took over RF Houtz from his father in the early 1980s or late 1970s. Only reason he is taking so long to get it to me Is he is using a former Mechanic for the Job who works Full time for another Cub Cadet dealer But I think he stops buy Rob's place every night after work. I already told them 1 beer each a night until the 3208 is done

I'm sure your mechanic knows the drill if he has done more than one seal replacement. But Cub used "grease seals" instead of oil seals. Oil seals are available in the same size and work great. It's the only thing I put in any rear end I open up.
