Default Grandpa

Remember my grandpa (Foster Tilley) in your prayers, he was admitted to the hospital this morning for congestive heart failure. He just turned 78 on the 17th. He had a major heart attack in '96 with quad bypass. Hopefully it's nothing serious.

thanks guys. They are doing a heart cath this morning, hopefully it's nothing bad. If he has blockages, up to 99% they can do stints at the local hospital, if not they will fly him out to Roanoke, VA for open heart.

After the heart cath, he ended up have a 99% blockage, but the Dr. was able to go in and put a stint in. He's doing great now and should come home today. The Dr. that performed the surgery is pretty new at the hospital, hasn't been there quite a year yet. He wouldn't come right out and say anything, but he did say that this was something that happens overnight. He has had monthly checkups since '96 when he had quad bypass. Guess it goes to show how much his Dr. had cared or been paying attention...

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
