1211 Leaking Hytran oil
I have a 1211 tractor that I swapped an M18 into. I also changed the hydraulic oil and filter with Cub Cadet spec fluid. I used it to clear my driveway with the 450 blower a half dozen times this past winter. Now it's started leaking hydraulic oil under the rear end. I checked the level on the dipstick and it's a little high. Could it be just bleeding excess? I looked underneath with it both running and not running and I can't pinpoint where it's coming from since I also have a fluid film undercoating on it. It's not spurting out anywhere while it's running. It's leaking pretty good when it's parked though.

As George said your best bet would be to clean the rearend as good as you can with some degreaser and a pressure washer to help pinpoint the leak, it will be much easier to find when it's clean and dry.

I doubt the problem is that the level is too high. Do what George says
cause there is no way to tell exactly where until it's cleaned. Common places are the relief valves and the cork gasket

Probably the relief valves. Mine seep. Wash it off good and see.
