Default 1872 axle tube question

I'm wanting to make a set of rearend braces instead of buying them as i'm going to tie this all into my loader subframe, but need an axle tube for a pattern.

Are these the same for all cast iron / aluminum rearends? IE: are the bolt holes in the same places to use for a pattern

Here's a pic with dimensions of the braces I made for my 1872, sorry, it's not very good, my scanner quit on me, had to use Gimp.

Thanks, that's helpful, but I was hoping to just get an axle tube, trace it , and center punch the holes.

Draw a circle 6 7/8ths diameter, center the holes on the circumference, using the dimensions given.

I love you guys, you can buy them ready to install. And people ask me why I don't make parts for Cubs anymore.

I'm not paying $130+ shipping for 10 bucks in steel and a couple of hours of my time plus i'd need to modify it anyways for my specific purpose.

Appreciate that it makes sense for some people, but not me on this project.

Have fun figuring it out. Guys like you expect every one to work for free except themselves.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
