59M chipper shredder
I have a 59m that is missing 2 coil springs and a bar that is used to tension the rotor drive belt. If anyone has one like this and could give some part measurements I would appreciate it. Thanks

Simple enough...
Visit your local hardware store and get 2 springs the same diameter as the I.D of the tubes on your frame. Then fabricate a bar of flat stock with two solid pieces of round stock the same diameter as the springs to fit on top of the springs and inside the tubes Obtain the correct belt and adjust the lengths of springs and bars to obtain the correct belt tension. This will require some experimentation on your part to get the right length. I had to do to make my M-59 operable as it was also missing the same parts as yours.
