Default Added a 149 to the collection

Was looking for some implements for the 128 project tractor I have, and ran across this tractor for sale and a collection of implements to go with it. This tractor has been well taken care of and runs great. This should do everything in the garden I need and then some.

Nice score ! I see a planter, tiller, cultivator, bottom plow, and a back blade, plus wheel weights.
Didja get it for a Bob price?

It was an all or nothing deal. I feel like with everything I got it was a fair price. Been reading up on the tiller and it looks like I have everything for it. Planter is next to research. Looks like the lift bars are missing for the sleeve hitch but that is an easy fix. I'll make a new set. Also looking at making 3" extensions for the hitch to make it easier to switch from a plow to the tiller.

Wow, nice score. I got my 149 the same way. Looking for a blade and weights for my 1200, for the price I couldn't pass the whole package.

12 hp gear and 14 hp hydro should do about everything you need

Swapped the AG tires off my 128 on to this one yesterday. It had the 23 10.5 Carlisle super lugs on it on the wider rims. Will see how they do. Sure look good on it.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
