Default Weather

Looks like we're gonna get hit with the tropical storm tonight and tomorrow. Expecting 2-4 inches of rain, and some wind. Hopefully, we don't get blown or float away.

Gonna be fun mowing when this stuff stops. May need to use the flail mower first. Gotta get a boat.

Whether or not your mowing is effected by the weather will determine whether you get Harley seat time, weather permitting!!

I like this thread whether the weather withers, whatever!!

Been a nice moderate rain fall all day. Started around 4am. We needed the rain, the vegetation is looking great! Very nice up here. Temps around 70*, and no blistering sun and heat.

Hold on Allen!

You guys all stay safe down there...

Remember, when the weatherman tells you to head to the basement... That is not some kind of code for "Rush out onto the deck and look around".

Good luck folks!!

Last weekend (on my birthday no less) we got 5" of rain in about 4 hours and it was actually blowing so hard that it went through my sliding patio door and soaked my basement carpet and Lay-Z-Boy couch!!! I've been drying out for a week!

I hope that you don't even get it that bad!!!!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
