What year CC100?
I have a CC100 serial # 97397 being made in October "64.Would it have been a "64 or "65 model?Thanks

Hi Patriot: Given that this was a mid-series production year for the Model 70/100, either year could/would be correct. They were exactly identical at any rate.
I suggest that some folks compare the beginning Model production numbers with the Louisville production schedule.... IH's fiscal year and production/model change overs usually meant that October - November - December ( and sometimes, it seems, maybe the last few days of September) were months for stockpiling the Cub Cadets for the following year's sales beginning on 01 Jan 19xx. When a Cub Cadet was actually produced on the assembly line does not always equate to the Model or Model Year!! Myron B
