106 deck drive pulley bolt keeps backing out
I have a 106 with a 42” deck. The deck has been on there for years. We replaced the bearing and races on the main drive spindle and used it about 25 hours since. The bolt that holds the main drive pulley keeps backing out. It has done it 3 times after only about 15 minutes of use. Can anyone point me in the right direction. We have visually inspected it and put it back together 2 times. There is zero play in the beating once we tighten it back down. It has been greased 3 times since the new bearings were installed.

Download the parts and service manual from the top of page , sounds like a spacer of some sort is missing , parts manual will show you for sure
