Default new to this forum...

Hey all, ive been across the street at other forums for a few years now and figgured i should saddle up here too. ive got a bunch of cubs and other projects, ill try and post some pics here...

The First cub i Got was this 1965 100 from rich patton, after ordering rings i realized it had a k-321 with the k-301 tin and flywheel, its currently in pieces awaiting paint.

next is my 1966 worker 71, got it as a package of craigslist, it came with a 71 parts tractor a snowplow 2 decks and a bunch of other stuff.

third is my 1963 original its currently put together and awaiting a motor to see if everything works before it becomes a trailer queen, IT WILL BE BETTEr THAN SHOWROOM!

the last is the 74 149 i got dead and rebuilt a few weeks ago, its not a looker but now it all works correctly and came with an almost new 1A tiller, and a close to scrap 48" deck (im determined to save it too) i plan on doing a good wright up about referbing a cub based on the 149.

ive also got a few parts tractors (1100, original, 125, 71)
hope yall enjoy... i sure do!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
