Free and free delivery would be better.
What kind of tiller are you looking for as the older ones were not made to fit those models.

I've got a normal #1 for my 1711, same deal as his 1811 (sleeve hitch not 3 point).

OP, I sold one with extensions for my dad 2 summers ago. $150 IIRC.

I know extreme sells an adapter to make a sleeve hitch to adapt to a aluminum rear, is your 1711 a cast rear?

No it's AL, but previous owner made it work. He added the tiller gearbox s.t. it's always on but has the "3 point" hitch posts/bosses too. Let me try and find a picture.

I picked up a 1A tiller with extensions a few years back for my 1811. I had to get the adapter kit from Xtreme. Tiller overall was rough. But spins and tills. If I remember correctly I paid 100 bucks. Have over 300 with the adapter and tiller. I’m looking for the correct model 400 tiller but haven’t seen any locally.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
