127 electric lift
Hi I have a 127 with electric lift and was wondering what the weight capacity was? It works but its weak and won't lift much. I also have a 122 as a parts unit I would like to use the rear lift off of for the 127 but it looks much different. I have many implements that I want to use and most belts are gone, I need belt specs for the tiller and snowblower. I also have the disc,cultivater,grader blade,mower deck and snowplow.

Thanks I've been on parts tree looks like I can make most of the parts I need to put a lift on the back of the 127 I think I may also put a winch on it as a mini crane for moving implements around and lifting them I may put a larger battery under the seat to power It. Still looking for specs on the electric lift as it won't lift the deck or snowblower but it works great with no load.

Not a expert on these at all! But just overhauled one for the 147R. I have not lifted any thing except my wallet  Anyway maybe the bearings are in bad shape and that is reducing the power available? I will be happy if mine works! lots of little details in those that could cause a problem. BTW my bearings were both shot! Having a instruction guide really helped a lot! Regards, Chris

If it still works under no-load but has problems underload, I would go ahead and replace the bearings and grease. Follow the setup completely by the book not skipping anything. On the motor I would replace the brushes while it is apart (they are prob. 35 + years old)or have a someone at a motor shop or alternator repair shop do it if you aren't sure how.
I have 3 wide frame and one narrow frame electric lifts that have no problem lifting my tiller or harrows. Good luck scleve

The grease in mine looked like clay/dirt. Let us know how the rebuild goes on your electric lift. Regards, Chris
